Shipping policy

After the order is confirmed, we will process it within 1-2 days. We will pack and check the products and deliver them to the shipping company. During this period, we will check the address information with the customer again.

When we obtain the tracking number, we will inform you of the tracking number by email, and you can check the logistics information online.

We currently have two shipping methods, and we will negotiate with customers before shipment to decide which shipping method to use.

1.Fast (You need to pay customs duty)

Use UPS/DHL to ship your package. This shipping method is very fast and usually takes only 5-7 days to complete. You need to pay customs duties for this shipping method. 

2.Normal (You don't need to pay customs duty)

Send your package using Duty Prepaid (DDP) shipping. We pay the customs duties for this shipping method. Customers do not need to pay customs duties. Shipping time is within 2 weeks. Not all countries and products support DDP shipping, please contact us for details.

In this method, the freight company will first transport the packages to their warehouses (for instance, to their warehouses in Europe or North America), and then hand them over to local courier companies (such as DPD, GLS, DHL, UPS, or FedEx) for final delivery.
