For minor defects or problems that are easy to solve, please contact us and we can help you solve the problem. If the damage is caused by transportation problems or individual parts are faulty, please provide us with pictures or videos in time and we can provide the parts and send them to you again.

If you decide you need to return the product, you must meet the following conditions:

1. Returns are accepted within a period of 7 days from the date of purchase. Anything later will not be accepted.

2. Personalized customized products cannot be returned.

3. The product and all accessories must be in good condition and show no obvious signs of use.

4. The cost of returns is borne by the customer.

Return process:

Please contact us via Messenger or email and provide your reason for return. We will provide you with a return address. Please provide us with the courier tracking number when returning the product. When we receive the returned product, we will check the product to ensure that it meets the return criteria, and then we will refund you. If it does not meet the return criteria, then we cannot provide you with a full refund, and we can discuss how to resolve the problem together.
